Victor Wilkerson, CFP®, RSP, CLU, ChFC

Chief Executive Officer

Victor brings over 20 years of experience as a financial planner, wealth strategist,

and client advocate to the leadership team of the firm. This experience was gained in multiple senior roles in managing financial service companies and working directly with clients. This has given him insight into effective ways to help families reach their financial goals in a complex regulatory world. Victor is a US Army Veteran.

Greg Wright

Dir. of Portfolio Strategy

Greg combines his advanced degree from the Defense Intelligence Agency, his work as

the Department of Energy’s threat assessment strategist, and his experience as a combat-tested Marine officer, to include duties as Presidential pilot, to lead a team of subject matter experts managing atypical Institutional and Business client investment strategies, while providing integrated services support. Greg applies his 30 years of planning and leadership experience to deliver risk-efficient, predictable outcomes in portfolios and cash management systems to meet client’s “goals and objectives.”

Jake Duvall, CTFA

Director of Settlement Services

Jake’s passion, education, and experience in the industry has put him in leadership

roles while simultaneously helping his own individual clients. He engages his clients using clear, relatable advice on topics that can be complex but necessary to help them reach their financial goals. Jake is a huge fan of the Falcons, the Braves, and the Carolina Hurricanes. However, his favorite “sport” to watch continues to be something he loved since childhood: professional wrestling.

Jay Thompson

Director of Insurance Operations

Jay brings nearly a decade of experience in the insurance and financial planning industry, holding leadership roles in

case management, operations, and training. He specializes in complex case coordination, annuities, curriculum development, and strategic planning, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver client-focused solutions in sophisticated planning environments. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Political Science, Jay combines industry expertise with a disciplined, results-driven approach.

Jake Tornow

Operations Officer

Jake has been involved in the financial services industry since 2016, with focus on

structured settlements, government benefits, traditional annuities, life care plans, and trusts. Jake is a combat veteran, and currently serves as a Blackhawk Pilot in the Georgia Army National Guard. While his military experience has instilled an array of positive traits, he believes the most important is integrity; doing the right thing for others simply because it is the right thing to do.

Chris Dorn

Director of Strategic Projects

Chris’ 25 plus years in real estate was initially comprised of the Finance, Sales, itle and Appraisal parts of the industry.

Title and Appraisal parts of the industry. Those skills left him uniquely qualified to evaluate, problem solve, manage, and sell large portfolios of commercial and residential toxic assets nationwide for the banking institutions that employed him for the past fifteen years. His banking and real-estate experience keep Chris distinctively qualified to help our client’s problem solve through any scenario that may arise. Chris and his wife Nicole spend time out on their boat or traveling with friends and family.

Rebecca Moore

Insurance Advisor

Rebecca is an Insurance Advisor who began her career after passing her Life and Health Insurance exam in

2025. She resides in Hartwell, Georgia, where she enjoys the balance of professional life and time spent on her farm. Rebecca brings a thoughtful and steady approach to helping clients navigate their insurance needs, with a focus on providing clear guidance and dependable service.

Stephanie Howard

Insurance Operations

Stephanie has been part of the team since 2023, bringing her experience and attention to detail an

Insurance Operations Specialist. She focuses on creating efficient processes and ensuring clients receive seamless support with their insurance needs. A native of Alabama, Stephanie’s background has given her a grounded perspective and a strong work ethic. She takes pride in supporting both clients and colleagues, ensuring that every aspect of operations runs smoothly and effectively.

Charly Schell

In July 2022, a tragic plane crash claimed the life of Charly Schell and his beloved wife, Kelli Schell.

Charly was well respected for his knowledge, vision, and leadership. He will always be an unforgettable part of us, as a company and as individuals. Part of his enormous legacy is the multitude of lives that he made better.
While Charly and Kelli dedicated their lives to the betterment of just about everyone they met, they were also passionate about helping children. Their focus was on the toughest kids in the world…those with ailments, physical challenges, foster kids and the growing number of kids who have lost a military parent.

In the spirit of Charly and Kelli, we continue to encourage awareness of their charity – Toughest Kids, Inc., which directly supports healing through life experiences for children with adverse circumstances.
